If search feed contains the same entry with the original feed, we should prioritize the original feed. Needs modification to SmartFeed?::All's merge method.

- resolution set to fixed.
(In [1210]) Big change to dedupe_entries, so it respects the source feed domain, date order and content size. Search based Planet will be happy. Fixes #333
